Inspired by the interior of colonial coffeehouses of the 19th century and the American-Jewish concept of a Delicatessen Shop, the Morgenmahl Deli was opened in 2019. Located in the old town of the Bavarian world heritage City Bamberg, the historic ground structures of the space largely shaped the final look of the Deli. Palm trees, gold elements and shades of pastel green and blue create a cozy, yet elegant and slightly extravagant look. So called ‘Stullen’, abundantly garnished sandwiches on fresh sourdough bread, are being served with fine coffee specialties and fresh juices. A successful gastronomy and interior concept targeted at young customers in an urban setting.

The Eat and Shop concept, allows clients to browse between stylish home decoration and special antiques in the playful, slightly kitsch environment. Wooden paneling, a unique wallpaper and antique sofas create a snug environment, resembling grandmas living room. All cakes are baked at the coffeeshop and are a secret collection of recipes collected from grandmas all throughout Europe, accompanied by Portuguese coffee specialties and of course the famous Pasteis de Natas. A gastronomy concept for everyone that loves good cake and delicious coffee.

A modern design hideaway. This private house has been designed and furnished, using a mixture of glass, wood and concrete. The classic and elegant materials are integrated through linear shapes creating a minimalist space. A strategic positioning of the living areas towards the south-west, large windows and high ceilings guarantee light-flooded rooms even during winter. A selected mixture of modern as well as shabby chic furniture create a homey environment amidst the minimal space.‘Less is more’ was the design philosophy of this home.
A rustic event location in the Franconian Countryside. The old farmhouse ‘Heinersreuther Hof’ was refurbished with attention to detail and a minimalist, rustic yet modern interior in mind. Bright colours open up the space while respecting the historic structures of the house. The space is used for workshops, cooking classes and culinary events, receiving guests and famous chefs from all over Germany.
